Sure, just burn the file you download. There is no way to make an installation CD from it though. I would recommend not buying software that is only available through download. Go with Retail boxed stuff so you will have the program even if something were to unexpectatly happen to your computer.

No because that will be illegal. When u purchase a program they have all your information online so you just email them and answer their questions and they should send you the setup if u was to lose it on ur pc or something. its really simple and its just the same thing as buying it at the store.
