What is a good way to ask a girl out?

I like this girl a lot and i am almost positive that she likes me too. We have spanish class together and she came to my basketball tournment with my friends sister. We went to my other friends hotel/resort and went in the pool. There, we talked a lot (about a 1/2 hour talk) and then realized we had a game in a half hour. We walked back to the hotel that we were staying at and had another deep conversation on the way back. We hung out a lot over the course of the weekend. When the trip was over we talked a lot in spanish class for the next week, then today we watched a movie and got to choose where we sat. One of her best friends practicly begged her to sit by her, but she still decided to sit and talk to me. So I was wondering, what is a good way to ask an 8th grade girl out?

First you should ask if she is allowed to date and what the rules are if she is. With this information you can plan a date either alone or with her. If you do it alone tell her "since we talked about date rules I thought maybe you might like to go with me to ______ this _____ night. She will either say yes, no or no because of her aunts birthday. Since she did decide to sit with you, you should be feeling a vibe that she likes you. Just casually ask her if she wants to hang out over the weekend. Do something fun together. Like go to an amusement park (or something), so it's not awkward. Get what i mean?
