It is usually assumed that Mark was written first. It is short, it's structure implies that it was composed from oral sources, and it is quoted in both Matthew and Luke.
Matthew and Luke quote each other, but some of these passages do not appear in Mark, so Mark must have been first.
I believe that Church tradition holds that the Gospel of John was written last.
However, at least one early Christian writer gives a different order.

It's not truly known. Traditionally speaking Matthew was the first John was the last.
