Do you think is blasphemous for someone to be saying this instead of "oh my god" or such? "Jesus, Mary, Muhammad and Vishnu" is what Pi cried in the book The Life of Pi written by Yann Martel. Also state your belief system(or lack of).

I am not familiar with the book and I would have to comment jokingly that he was "covering all the bases" Whether or not it is blasphemous, it is hard to judge that because I don't know what was in his heart.

I believe Pi was trying to cover his bases, and include all the religious leaders that they could think of - but then I wonder why not include Ghandi? Maybe old Ghan (as his friends call him) just isn't old enough?
There is no blasphemy if there is no existence.

Mary is just a name like any other, but it's still not nice, and sounds stupid to shout out for no reason.

Muhammed....well, it depends on whether you're muslim or not to consider it spiritually wrong, I just think it'd sound stupid

Vishnu, again, really if your Hindu

Jesus, that's blasphemy, and it kinda sounds stupid of you to shout out someone's name when you get angry. Would you shout "Batholemew!" or "Preston!" when you get mad?
