It's the cheapest and quickest of all of the options online. But then again, I'm biased, being the translator. :-) So, to quantitatively compare:
Our rates are $15 for names ($10 each for two or more) and we offer it in any of 20 historical scripts and about a dozen different dilects (mostly ancient).

Our closest competitor is CavemanArt.com, and their rates are $25. They offer only 10 scripts, all of which are Syriac and (to my knowledge) will only translate into Modern or Classical Syriac Aramaic (no other dialects).

There is also Applied Language, but I have never been in contact with someone who has successfully purchased a translation from them, so I have no idea what their quality is. Their website also looks like they had a template for all of their language pages and simply stuck "Aramaic" into the blank. For example, their page reads:
""It's too small for us, you'll need to speak to someone else", is what most Aramaic translation companies will say, when you ask them to help you with your important letter, certificate or document."
To my knowledge Caveman Art and Aramaic Designs are the only other two Aramaic translation companies on the internet, and both of us are willing to tackle translations as small as one word. :-)
Furthermore, Applied Language only lists modern dialects of Aramaic, so if you are after a dialect that would be contemporary to, say, Jesus you would be out of luck.
They also do not publish their rates.
