well my rent was due yesterday my mom was going to give me 200.0 cause i was short. well she didnt and now im in stress. This is my first months rent i just moved in and my car broke down in which i had to fix so im behind on 200.0 on my rent please pray that the lord will bless me and my kids. And that the lord will bless me with the rent money thank you for those who kept us in your prayers....

OMER ,this is not abusing a religon. the lord says "ask and you shall receive", The lord didnt say its a sin to ask for pray whether through the internet or churh and so on. The lord suggest us to aks for prayer not for money but for faith to know he will help us the best way he can yeah maybe i wont get the money maybe the lord will bless me by letting the landlord understand my situration, the lord loves people in a group praying for each other that s what hes all about helping other and loving others and no judging and having faith in him. How can u have faith in him and not pray for help and guidest. I think your confused. Yeah people do abuse the meaning of praying but me myself i dont. I have faith in him and whether i asked you for prayer or not the lord will still answer me whether its money or not he never let me down and he aint about to now i love him and always will ask his people for prayer the lord sent people on this earth for just those reasons..

and it aint about common sense its about faith and hes people helping each other out in there hard times in life..and that is prayer theres nothing wrong in asking for prayer no matter what it is the lord knows in are heart if we have faith or just abusing the religion and he is the one to judge that not you or anyone else...

I have found that sometimes the Lord will wait till the last minute on things. Just to test your faith. Everything happens for a reason.

Is this a joke? Not to be mean or anything, but I sincerely can't tell...you can't have people "praying" for you and expect to get something out of it. You have to pray yourself if you expect any real benefit, not have others do it for you by asking them through the internet. I understand how you feel, and you need the money ASAP and your only hope right now is through prayer...but that is what we call...abusing a religion. There are many people that would kill to have things happen for them, since when was praying the absolute, most definate option to express success? You can't have people do this for you just because you are short on $200.00. I'm sorry this had to happen for you, I wish that many things could come true for me too and for people to pray for me...but I don't ask them over the net or anything, and I'd feel a little guilty for somewhat abusing my religion. Well, good luck and I hope the best for your case, as I do with every other grieving case in the world.

I don't know where you live but surely there are churches and/or agencies in your area that will help you. Pray (and we'll pray) that you'll find one. Or that your landlord will wait awhile. God will find a way for you.
