I like spring water, myself. I find city / municipal water not clear enough in taste. Or, maybe you have a well that has nice water?

Ta!

I use filtered water from a purification system that is second to none. I know that a lot of cities have really bad water, and water born illnesses are not something to laugh at. So whatever I need it for, cooking, drinking, I filter it.

Now clothes washing on the other hand is ok for just plain ole water.

if you would like to see the system I use, and maybe you would like it too. It is below.

i have never know water to give extra taste to water, except if its a funny color coming from the tap... as long as the water heats to a certain temp. i don't think it matters what type of water you use tap or bottled because everything that shouldn't be in it will be boiled out. that why they say if you are out in the wilderness you should always boil your water before you use it.

For boiling things, I use tap water. For things that I add water (soups, oatmeal, baked goods, etc), I use filtered water.
