its simple if she has enough will power to break it off with this guy regardless of where there at in a relationship then shes totally into you, if not then its jus one of those scenarios where your probably better then her boyfriend so she starting to like you but who says she wont do the same to you.....its a complicated situation do you really want to go thru all that, if you thinks she worth it tho then whats the point of asking this question

You don't do anything.
It's her call - either she breaks up, in which case she can either go with you or be alone for awhile, either she stays with the guy and tries to make the relationship work, which might imply not seeing you for awhile.

I would simply ask her if she would like to date just you for awhile and see where it leads. Nothing wrong with being honest about it and if she is not ready to commit to one relationship, then move on if committment is what you are looking for.

I guess what you have to do is wait until she breaks up with her boyfriend and as soon as you find out go and ask her out.

You wait for her to break off for you...
But if you think of it that way, and she breaks off one guy to go with you, won't she just break off with you before she goes out with another guy? Make sure she doesn't drop guys when they aren't fun anymore first, before going out with her.
