My best friend and i both met this guy at the same time and we both got a huge crush on him as soon as we met him.
i hadnt seen him for a long time bc i didnt go over to hang out with our friends that much then, but my best friend did. Well it turned out that they started going out while i hadn't been over there but I was fine with it. Unfortunately, he ended up not liking her and he broke her heart and they had this big thing where they weren't fighting, but they weren't talking either. They're still kind of in this stage but now im getting to be much better friends with the guy. now he wants to hang out but whenever we all want to go out in a group, my best friend says she doesnt want to go there bc he's going to be there and she'll get too upset if she sees him. Well now I'm really starting to like him and we're hanging out more, but she still likes him too.. so I dont know what to do. i want to hangout with him but i dont want to have my bestfriend upset..

were all supposed to hang out today, (bestfriend, boy, and me) but she doesnt want to bc she says she misses him too much and it will get her upset.
shes got a boyfriend now though and hes supposed to hangout with us tonight as well.. so what do i do ?

hang out with your best friend because friends are much more important than boy friends!! I lost my best friend for her boyfriend and its the worst thing she could have ever done..

You should never forget that you are priority! Just take note that your bf thought about herself when she began dating him knowing that you found him interesting too. She put herself first, and made a move on him I am pretty sure. What makes you happy is most important. If you like spending time with him let him know, and also let him know that you two should do it amongst you two not amongst other influences. If this is truly something you would pursue, and it is going well, eventually you should make it known to your bestfriend, and she will be left with an ultimatum. If she truly is your bestfriend she will respect your decisions just like you did when she began dating your potential love match. If she does not, then I would drop her as my bf.

0kay well iv been in a situation close to this too. right now im actually with one of my best friend`sz ex`s and she still like`s him too. but be honest with your friend. tell her how you`re feeling about him. cuz most likely she`ll be more mad that you`re keeping secret`s from her and that you cant be honest with her then over you liking him because if she is truly a good friend she will understand that you cant control your feelings. and also she has to realize that everything happens for a reason and she has to smile that it happened and that she was lucky enough to get the experience of being with him and she might find someone out there that is better for HER.
