Our team doesn't do any cheers. we are in desperate need for them.

idk any, but this one team we played against had to do 10 push-ups every time we got an ace.

it's hard to understand how they go when you can't hear them... but...
"our team is red hot our team is red hot our team is [say this as fast as you can] r-e-d red h-o-t hot once we start we cannot stop red hot"
this one needs only two people "1: hey [insert name]" "2: hey what?" "1: you know what i got?" "2: what do you got?" "1: i got a team that's hotter than hot." "2: how hot is that?" "1: bump sets and spikes too. "2: uh-huh uh-huh." "1: and we're gonna beat the whoopsies out of you."
"there once was a froggie sittin on a log cheerin for the other team he had no sense at all he fell into the water and bumped his little head and when he came back up this is what he said, he said "go go go you [mighty lions] fight fight fight you [might lions] win win win you [mighty lions] go fight win and beat em til the end"

Before games:
-Everyone kneels on the ground in a circle and holds one hand above the ground and the other is used for hitting the ground to make noise. H will represent the beat when you hit the ground, C will represent when you clap your other hand with the moving hand, and R will represent a rest.

-Captain and Team Response, C is captain, T is team.
C:Who's gonna go, gonna go, gonna go?
T: We're gonna go, gonna go, gonna go!

C: Who's gonna win, gonna win, gonna win?
T: We're gonna win, gonna win, gonna win!
C: Who's gonna go?
T: We're gonna go!
C: Who's gonna fight?
T: We're gonna fight!
C: Who's gonna win?

All: Go, fight, win *insert team name here*!
During games:
-If you make a point on a good three hit spike, everyone circle up on your side of the court on their knees and hit the floor with both hands everytime you say the word 'get' in the following cheer:
Get on the floor, getget on the floor.
-Here's a few ace cheers:
C: I see you ladies
T: Shakin' that ace!
C:Uno, dos, tres
T: Ace, ace, ace!
C: All aboard the ace train!
T: Whoo whoo!
The next one is another rhythmic one. I takes some practice to nail. First stomp with your left foot, then right foot, then clap with both hands, then then slap your right knee, then hit your right foot behind your left leg with your left hand, then stomp with your right foot, then clap your hands again, then yell ace.
For a block just hold your hands up in the air like you're blocking and go "Oooo" really loud.
I don't know any after game ones.

after winning:
(Stand in a circle jumping)

(then backwards roll out of the circle)
After a good serve:

After an ace:
Aaaaaaaaaall ace! (clap)

my team uses this cheer for every game to pump us up. You stand in a circle, and have your team captains in the middle. They yell "Hey backrow"
All of the Backrow players respond "Hey what?"
Captains: "Show me how to get down"
Backrow:"No Way"
Captains: "Show me how to get down"
Backrow: " Ok, WE stomp our feet, and boogey to the beat, we turn around, and touch the ground."
While they are saying that they stomp their feet, boogey, turn around, and then touch the ground.
The captains then ask the same thing as above to the setters, and then the front row. And they respond how the backrow did. And then you do it one final time with the whole entire group.
It's really cool once you get it down.
