tattoos can be both ugly and sexy, depending on how well the tattoo is done. not all tattoo artists are talented and tattoos done by those artists are ugly. MY tattoos are awesome!! but not everybody's are.

tatto on the feet is. but also get a foot therapeutic massage once a month, its is called reflexology

Totally ...no girl! When i see people with tatoos ...it justs grosses me out! Know Tommy Lee...including him! BUT IF IT'S SMALL CUTE NOT NOTICABLE THEN...O.K.. like orlando bloom he has a tatoo almost under his belly button, but he is still hot. Same the with J.Depp.

depends on what and where. on boobs its ugly. and things like skulls and what not are bad looking on girls.
