that you ask that question, is a sign of really being alive, darling.
they are seducing you into the life of continual sin, in which you
take no notice of how deep into it you are. They are playing the word-game (see "1984" by geoge orwell, which once was a required reading book in New York), by which opposites are REVERSED, without your knowing it. By which good becomes evil, and vice versa. By which you are "free" to destroy yourself and your society. Without penalty. Ha hahahahahahha.

It's really just a flamboyant way of saying 'decadent'. The dictionary definitions that apply to that context are:

di·vine (dĭ-vīn')
adj.
Extremely pleasant; delightful.

dec·a·dent (děk'ə-dənt, dĭ-kād'nt)
adj.
Marked by or providing unrestrained gratification; self-indulgent.

And 'darling', of course, is a term of endearment.
