i dont know if i like girls or boys..since im 23 and i havent had a bf and though im dating boys but i dont feel things, like blush...quick heartbeat..thinking of him a lot...
i do like looking at pretty girls' photos and i like pretty girls!! because i just want to be like them..or ..or..i really like girls???

You may just be a heterosexual, sexually late-bloomer. Take your time and be honest with the people you choose to get involved with romantically. Be true to yourself and your own moral value system. If you go against your own code of ethics, you are asking for trouble. That being said,go ahead and explore your sexuality, be patient,sure and discreet about everything before you "come out" to friends and/or family as a lesbian or bisexual. Remember, your love life is your personal business. It's between you, your lover and God.

Ok so, i'm not saying that i'm a complete expert on this, but i must say that i have been in your situation before. ONe of my closest relatives came out to me and she told me she was a lesbian and i flipped. lol. But i talked to her about it and i tried to understand where she was coming from. Of couse i did because she was someone special to me so of course i accepted it. I mean just because you like looking at pretty girls doesn't mean you are a lesbian. The crossing over point is when you think about doing things "sexually" with them and experiencing it. It never hurts to try and you may end up liking what you are experiencing. All it takes is just that one female to make you feel the "quick heartbeat" or the "blushing". It's the same thing with males too. So think about whether you would have sex with a female and then, hopefully, you will find your answer.

Okay. I am 20 and dating a great guy. I also enjoy looking at pretty girls. For a while I was confused, wondering if I had some desire for them. But I figured out it wasn't desire, it was admiration, like looking at a beautiful work of art. The blush and quick heartbeat come when there is someone special who deserves your attentions. From what you are saying, I wouldn't think that you are a lesbian.

This is something you have to find out for yourself. Like you stated, looking at girls and admiring their looks does not necessarily determine that you are a lesbian. I suggest trying different things out. You're young, have fun. You might not feel anything for the boys you date because they are not the kind for you. On the other hand, you might actually enjoy being with girls. There are pros and cons to both of them. This can also be a stage in your life too. I have plenty of friends (that are girls) that have became lesbians and switched back to being straight. It's all about finding yourself. Do what feels good to you.

i think you just want to be like these pretty girls. many people go through this stage. most likely, no guy has sparked your interest yet and none of them are even close to being good enough for you. you have very high standards and are looking for mr. right, and there is nothing wrong with that. try a dating service such as online or speed dating to meet some new guys. if you are in college, this is a great place to meet the person to spend the rest of your life with. if you arent, check around at the dating service or around the office. my parents met there and have been together for 15 years!

I think only you can answer that question. There's a time in adolescence where everyone questions there sexuality, like questioning the career they want to pursue or choices they want to make, but this generally happens sooner. You could just be a late bloomer. Not all women blush when they're around boys. You could be bisexual. You would know if you liked looking at pictures of girls because you admired them or because you lusted for them.
Either way, I hope it works out for you.

You like pretty girls, but you dont have sexual feeling when you look at those pictures, right?
You are not gay, cause you have feelings for guys but no sexual feelings. If you were gay, you would want sex with a guy. You probally like fit guys with a cute face, kinda lik a girl. You are not straight or bi either (yet). You could be gay, straight, or bi, you just didn't find the right person yet.
Once you find tat person, guy or girl, you will know what you are. No on e can really help you in this situation but yourself

Well, do girls make you blush or act giddy? That may be a sign that you are a lesbian - if you feel you would get along better with a woman in a relationship then thats a sure sign you would rather be with a woman

I like looking at pretty girls because I want to be like them. And I really think girls are beautiful. But I am way straight.
Maybe you're just blessed not to have that desperate desire for the male.
It will hit you or it won't. I wouldn't worry about it until you feel the impulse to act--be it a female or male.
