If you are in the process of getting a SS disability and have a medical condition you are claiming, and the accident irriatated, or caused further damage, those differences would need to be looked at. They would likely order another physical exam to see if the condition was worsened by the accident, could potentially delay your claim, it takes too long as it is, get your answers right away by calling an attorney, you'll probably need one anyway to fight SS benefits.
