Paris aint cheap!!
Id never look for a 'cheap' pint because Guinness can give you a really bad case of the trots.
Always Always Always look for good pubs where the Guinness is flowing and chances you wont get a bad un.
If nobody in the pub is drinking it, give it a wide berth.

Good luck trying to find anything cheap in Paris. If you really want a cheap Guinness and you're that close anyway, take a ferry across the channel and go to Ireland.
