How old are you? If you are in high school I can help a lot. I think that you 200 time is off it should be in the high 21's to low 22's. Well if you want to get quicker you should make sure that you have a good workout plan. Make sure that in every week you have 2 hard days and 3 recovery days. Starting out on the hard days do a lot of smaller workouts. For example I mean 8x50m at about 90%. 4x100m at about 90%. 2x200m at 90%. and 1x400 at 90%. Early in the season you should never go all out in practice. Recovery days should involve a long run. Plan on about 2-4 miles. Also lift a lot. Go for a lot of upper body strength. The stronger the upper body the faster the lower body is going to go. Make sure when you lift the legs that if you do the Quad's that you lift the Hamstrings as well or you are going to tear something down the road. If you need more info email me and I would be more than happy to help.

Mister W what the hell are you talking about? What do you mean he can run faster than Ted Ginn Jr.?

You're doing really well if those are your real times. Your 200 time should be faster than that compared to your 100 and 400. Make sure you are doing a strength training program designed for sprinting. It should be heavy into utilizing olympic lifts. That will build speed faster than anything else.

those are REALLY impressive times. do you train with weight vests or parachutes? if not you should give it a try especially running hills with the weight vest. for the 100 and 200 the start is probably the only thing that could be improved besides form. idk much else about it b/c i usually only run the 300 Hurdles
good luck tho
