Go for it.. I have been dying my hair since I was 14yr by myself I am now 29yr. I dont waste time at a salon...
Just remember if you dont like the color you can always re-dye it. Also when buying hair dye go to Sallys beauty supply to get it, the ones in the store arent good for your hair.

sure go for it. depending on how dark your hair is will mean how many time you have to do it. And you do have to leave a few weeks inbetween so you don't kill your hair. It is not going to come out pure blondie the first time unless you are blondie now. And I used the paleest blonde to get my hair light. or you can go with something that has an ash to take out the red.

blonder will look cute with a new short pixie cut but take it to a salon they are trained to dye hair so you know it will look better if you take it to them and besides doing it at home makes your hair fall out faster

hiya, you don't NEED to go to a salon, just invest in a very good dying (or bleaching) kit for your hair.
If your face isn' t too red, then I suggest you try 'ice- blonde' or platinum blonde for a short pixie crop.

I wouldn't, home kits are not as strong as professional ones and don't always come out as expected, go to a hairdressers and get a free consultation if you are skint. If your hair is dark defiantly don't do it, a home kit will not be good enough to lighten it and it will go orangey. if it's fair it may be OK. Good luck

YES ID DO IT MYSELF THE COLOUR YOU LIKE AND SUIT BECAUSE THEN YOU ALWAYS NO WHEN YOU GO TO DO IT AGAIN YOU WIL NO ITS THE CORRECT COLOUR U USED LAST TIME. IF YOU DIE IT YOURSELF FIRST AND THEN GO TO THE HAIRDRESSERS TO HAVE IT TOPED UP THEY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO MATCH THE RIGHT COLOUR YOU HAD THE LAST TIME WHEN YOU DID IT YOURSELF. ALSO ITS CHEEPER FOR YOU. IT COSTS A FORTUNE GOING TO THE HAIR DRESSERS EVERY FOUR WEEKS OR SO TO HAVE IT DONE AGAIN WHEN IT NEEDS IT. I DYE MY HAIR MYSELF AND I LIKE IT EVERY TIME JUST STICK TO THE SAME COLOUR.

nooooooooo. go to a salon. i know its expensive but home bleaching is so hit and miss. if you've got a nice new style dont mess it up. for a cheaper option try a training college salon, the students are monitored all the time so they wont bodge it.

having done my hair myself many times, to the first answer, no your hair will not fall out. go for it.
