Nikon FM10's use 35 mm film and any camera department carries it. It comes in black and white as well as color, you can get different speeds depending on lighting requirements.

Be aware that there are two types of B&W film. One type is actually chromagenic color, runs in C41 color chemistry. Then there is true B&W. Kodak and Ilford (and Konica) all have a C41 version. Good film, but it can't be developed like the real stuff.

There's a good chance that store like Target, Walmart etc don't carry black and white film. Go to a photography store that just deals in photography.
