Hello, My mother has pale legs and I have pale legs to I also have pale arms just the bottom of my arms if you know what I mean. My mother has has pale feet and my sister does to. But I dont. Is this genetics?

Not necessarily.
If your skin has been exposed more to the sun or if you have gone to a tanning saloon where they haven't, thats probably why there is a difference.

probably, the pallor of our skin is due to the lack of melanocytes and that is a genetic trait.
