does a teen have to continusly grow every year or can you stop growing for like 2 years and continue to grow again....has that happened to anyone?
is that possible even?

there can be pauses, but not usually more than 6 months or so.

I grew after I was 21 years old. I thought the cleaners were shrinking my clothes. Yes, you can grow. The smart thing to do if you are concerned about your growth is to go see an endocrinologist. They can tell you if you have stopped for good or not. If you have stopped they may be able to help you grow a bit more.

My sister stopped for 2 years and then once she left the stress 0f home, she grew a few inches.
Stress changes your physiology, so that is one way it can happen.

You will continue to grow, maybe sporadically, until your epiphyseal plates on your bones close. Once your growth points close down, you are pretty much done.
