high school is overrated, u don't need to look hot for anybody. if u want to make friends, they should like you for who you are, not how good you look. plus once you get out of high school, no one is going to care, life is not a popularity contest. and when u get to college, EVERYBODY is popular, depends on the group of friends you have. and trust me, u can look like crap when u go to class in college and no one is going to care.

Hm..in my opinion you should get your hair one color. Like get it dark brown and have them give you as glaze too and that will make your hair SUPER shiny and soft, plus it will look GORGEOUS too. Get some side swept bangs too if you want and wear a red headband and have ur bangs on ur forehead.and try different styles Like one day wear it straight and other days wear it wavy/curly.
If you want help on how to style then just go on google or yahoo search and type in the hairstyle you want and they'll have like a lot of links to hair styling.

Wear skin-tight clothes with everything hanging out. Shirts up to here and waistband down to there. If allowed, wear micro-minis. You can have your whale tail in plain view and get a tramp stamp to increase your "hottness". Use lots of heavy make-up and flash everyone those blinking "come-hither" looks.

get layers in your hair , get rid of the red streaks - honestly ya wud look loads betta wid out them , get a layered fringe on one side of your hair ~(not too short) , or if you hav a small head have a straight fringe just above your eyebrows
starighten it wiv straightners
if u ever do wand to put it up , do a qwiff in ya hair leave ya fringe out and
put the rest up , use sid clips to put hair bits that are short and come out the bobble lol

you don't need to look pretty/hot to be respected.
trust me, if you respect people, they will respect you back.
everyone at my high school is really nice,
and won't judge you on your hair or clothes,
unless your completely crazy.
