Hi,
I want to create own mood lights using the LEDs. I was looking into the google to find the circuits for that. But no luck so far. If you've done something similar please help me out!

Dont know what you mean by mood lighting, but what you can do is get a microcontroller (uC) and program it. Have the uC PWM to a transitor that control the current driving your LED's. This way, u can control the brightness of the LED's and if you use red, green, blue LED's, you should have enough to mis for a variety of colors.

Do you simply want a constant on LED light, or you do you want one that dims. You can buy breadboard strips on E-bay and you should be able to just mount the LED's with a resistor and a power source otherwise.
