Bitter, but if you add a cube or two of sugar it will begin to taste bittersweet, which I like. If you don't like coffee, I suggest hot chocolate.

Tastes weird and when your drinking it, in the back of your throat you kind of taste like something burnt/roasted and it makes you feel relaxed.
