bananas and strawberries are good for it...and then an actual product is the chi straigtening gel. It works like a charm and replentishes loss of nutrients if/when you use a straight iron. I use chi and have a chi straightener

Herbal Essance Dangerously Straight works. Also you can put mayonnaise in your hair for like 20. then wash it off really well. That will keep your hair healthy and shiny. Some good flat irons are Sedu and Chi they're expensive though ranging from a $100-200. Also for shampoo some good ones are Pantene and Garnier Fructis. For frizz tamer John Frieds frizz-ease products are the best I use them all the time.

1. John Frieda Smoothing Serum
2. Redken Deep Fuel (Awesome!! Lots of protein for hair!)
3. Beyond Zone
4. Redken's shampoo and condition for Curls (good because it has protein in it!! It does not make your hair curlier or better define your curls, it just made for curly hair)
5. Paul Mitchell Flat Iron--> Best flat iron available!
