People are curious by nature, (that's how early man discovered things,) men are primal...they like visual stimuli. Mom shouldn't worry too much, unless he's out looking for the real thing. It's probably just curiosity, and unfortunately the Internet is aghast with all kinds of lude and lascivious cr@p! Talk to dad if it bothers you, maybe even the threat of telling mom will make him at least curb his dirty thoughts. Show him something different to "search" for on the web...how about a good fishing channel? Pro-wrestling? World's strongest man contests? Ripley's Believe it or not. If he's really into the porn...he's going to do it no matter what. And that's when it starts hurting the family, so I'd just plain tell Dad it hurts your feelings for him to do that.

A lot of grown ups, both men & women look at porn.I don't think you should say anything to your dad because it will embarass him & your mom may or may not know, but if she doesn't imagine the problems it will cause between your parents. If your dad loves your mom & takes care of his family , his looking at a liitle porn on a computer is not going to make him a bad guy. It is human instinct to want to look at such things, especially for men . It happens in many families. Some people read magazines, some watch porn movies. A lot of couples do it together. Please don't judge your dad based on this bad habit.

first of all, are the filters engaged on your computer? What I found was that sometimes, when you do a search of something totally innocent, like cars or something, a pop up ad will come up that has those types of things in it. they will show in your search or history tool as well as the innocent search you performed.
Even if they are not popping up, they may still be hidden.
If this is totally not the case, then your dad may have a problem. does your mom know?
It might be pretty tricky ground for you to tread - so you might want to talk to an independent trained counsellor before you pursue anything.

If you feel you have a fairly close relationship with your dad you should ask him about it. Tell him that it makes you uncomfortable and you don't understand why he's doing it. Don't go to your mom unless you are absolutely sure. This is a hard topic to deal with, good luck.

Man, that aint never happened to me with my dad but I have seen married men doing stuff like that all of the time! I have no idea why they do that. One guy told me that men need variety, but I just think men are too sex crazy! Don't tel your mom. She may already know how men are and may be embarassed that you know, but I would question my father. If he bold enough to look at home then he should be able to answer all of your questions!

I know he's your dad, but he's a man and they think with their other head! Mention the searches left in history, he probably doesn't know the computer stores the web pages everyone views. I don't think he would search these sites if he knew!

Porn is a good release of male urges. In the wild kingdom of animals, males are dominant, and have many mates...In the human world, ideally, you get married, you have one mate...but you still have those urges...Its normal, natural...at least he isn't cheating on your mom. Its just porn.
But you should call him out on it..and tell him to empty the cache next time..you don't want ot know what he is into..its weird.

Talk to your dad, tell him how you feel, Tell him that i makes you uncomfortable. He Might ask you for help on the matter. IF so, tell him to seek consoling. This could do nothing but harm for your parents relationships if this goes un-treated.
