What is the offical name of this medical test. You fast for 12 hours then you take this sugary drink and then they check your glucose and all

it's called Glucose Tolerance Test, also have your doctor do a A1C, it somehow records your last 3 months of sugars in your blood, i don't know how it works, but the diabetic nurse always asks for this test before any other
