Mephistopheles is everywhere! Your closest relatives might be Satan in disguise! Don't open that drawer! You don't know what horrors lurk within! Never turn off your lights at night, or darkness will creep in your house! Don't leave your lights on! He'll be able to see you! Praise Jesus!

Satan, as a created being, can only be in one place at a time. However, he has plenty of demons to carry out his bidding and give their reports.
Also, who knows, these days he might even have a series of supernatural television monitors spying on us! :) If Bush can do it, why not Satan?
