If you're not suicidal than why on earth do you care? Overdosing to the point of death on ANY drug will be extremely painful, and will likely involve a LOT of vomiting. You probably need some psychiatric evaluations just for ASKING this question.

I am glad you are not suicidal, but overdosing on all of the above at the same time might be the most effective. One could, theoretically, take the sleeping pills and tylenol and chase it down with the liquid flu medicine.

I guess I would say sleeping pills but it depends on what kind you are taking....it would have to be a prescription because anything over the counter would probably not be strong enough to kill you. As far as tylenol or flu medicine--- I had a friend who was a nurse tell me that one time she had a patient who tried to kill herself with tylenol or some kind of pain reliver like that and it didn't kill her but it did mess up her kidneys to the point that she had to be on dialysis every day for the rest of her life. I think that would suck more than however bad you think you life is now so if you are going to try to kill yourself you better find a way where you know you will be successful.

I would say sleeping pills. I think you might get sick off the flu medicine before you were to ever die, but I don't know, I have never tried it :oP
And OD'ing on Tylenol just doesn't sound like it would be a pleasant experience.
I personally would like to die in my sleep, hence the sleeping pills. And im not suicidal either!
