it's true that laser hair removal works better on dark hair. but they have products to dye the hair so the laser can 'see' it and remove it better. but you may not get as good results, or have to go back more often, than someone w/ naturally dark hair.

I had laser hair removal and my technician told me that what the laser targets is the pigment in the hair. So darker hair takes to the laser better than lighter hair. It will still work on blonde hair, just not as well as darker hair.
The only hair it will not work on because it has no pigment is red hair.

it won't work very well, because there is no pigment in blond hair. I'm not sure why unpigmented hair can't be lasered. but it is true
