She is approximately 1 yr to 1 1/2 and only 4 lb.6 oz, Very picky eater and was rescued 2 months ago. I am not sure if I should be giving her so much cottage cheese but she LOVES it.

You got the wrong forum for that one.
As a year old minipin / minidoxie, I hardly think that she qualifies as a Toddler & Preschooler.
It no longer toddles and it should have finished obedience school by now. Try this on out in the pets/dog category.
