Of course they're persecuted! We won't even let them govern our secular nation with their religious principles! What kind of nation stands by it's Constitution and vision of its forefathers rather than enforce mandatory school prayer and elimination of all other religion's representation?

I have a dream...actually, it's a nightmare.

There is NO persecution of Christians in America. Christians in America ARE the persecutors. What Christians in America are feeling is simply the backlash to all the persecuting they have been doing to others.

I find it kind of a tough pill to swallow that a group who makes up about 80% of the population in America would feel so persecuted. But that's just my take on things.

Biblical prophecy in the sense that Christians are and will be persecuted until Christ returns. Obviously, we Christians aren't persecuted like our brothers/sisters are in China (The Heavenly Man is a good book) or Laos or Burma. It's "killing season" in Burma right now.
But we American Christians are persecuted in subtle ways - slander; not given equal positive voice in mainstream media; not allowed to pray in school or share our faith.
We don't want to control people. We just want the right to live out our faith which includes sharing it with others.

The "persecution" of Christians in America: Self-delusion of the Christians in America.

Persecution always involves economic woes, social ostracization, and fear of imprisonment. None of those are happening.

persecution? where? Last I checked they had some of the msot powerful lobbies, ministers with private jets and half the country in the throe of their delusions. These "persecuted" people are holding demonstrations to shut schools because they have a certain book or they go to yell obsceneities and throw rocks at bereaving family members because the deceased was gay.

They are not persecuted, though some of them should be.

Since when are they persecuted in America? I believe they are the majority when it comes to religious people in this country. I fail to see any persecution.

"bible prophecy" lol bullsh!t prophecy more like it,

Christians, You know why you get so much negative feedmack? its because you did this to yourselves. You always odject to anything diffrent, labeling it as inferior, You BLINDLY let a paper book live your life, the only thing you have to look forward to is your false afterlife and a good day of sinning, repenting, then damning a sinner for what you just did.

Christianity is vulgarised paganism
Jesus never existed, and "god" is an idea we made in our minds as humans long ago to explain that which we normally cant.

Anyone can say they are the only true Christians and that they are being persecuted by the majority. That's the line Westboro Baptist Church uses all the time.

More like self delusion. If someone doesn't agree with them or let them make their religious beliefs into laws, the claim they are somehow persecuted. Pretty ironic comic from them.
