Yes, there are. Earth Construction homes are built with compressed earth blocks, which will withstand tornados, hurricanes, fires and bullets. They are also earthquake resistant.

Most tornadoes rip through houses before lifting them off the ground.
Just build a 100% steel metal house with a foundation deeply rooted into the ground. It is guaranteed to be tornado, hurricane & earthquake proof.
However, it's not guaranteed to be meteor proof.
So beware the meteor shower on the 23 of December, 2012

I don't think there is one yet but if there is a tornado here are some tips:
1). Stay in the lowest point of you home (Basement etc.)
2). Have a brattier powered radio
3). Make sure you have a supply kit (Food, Flash Light band-aids Etc.)
4) Stay away from windows doors
5). Don't move from the lowest point of you home until the storm has cleared

Something like this already exists. It's called ICF construction. It also makes your home more soundproof and better insulated against cold and heat. It isn't tornado or storm proof, but definitely MUCH more resistant than regular homes. And to get this construction is usually about only 1% more cost than a comparable home of regular building materials.

ok... that isn't any longer achieveable. To be twister data, it would desire to be underground. that could make this is extremely demanding to no longer have watre or hearth completely be in a position to break it. Pest data will be virtually no longer achieveable, except you seal it and do not enable all of us in. Termite data is merely eliminating timber, that is easily straight forward.

Sure it's easy. Dig a hole and make an underground cement bunker. I don't know of anyone that would want to live in such a home however.
