What, like you can't just buy the mix? That'll work better if this is for any real purpose.
If you're going for some sort of "survivor" thing, and want to make it yourself, you will need some sand, some gravel, and some lime. (no, not citrus fruit, lime!)
OK, so, the sand and gravel isn't too hard to get, but what the heck is lime if it isn't related to a lemon, right?
Well, you can get lime from most gardening supplies. It's a pretty caustic powder, so don't go getting it on you and soaking it.
IF you really need to go native, lime is made of calcuim carbonate, and heat-treated to become reactive. This means that you can start with shells, or limestone, and heat them over a fire. Eventually, they're supposed to break apart into this powder called lime, and then when you add water, it'll sort of turn back into limestone.
Sometimes volcanic ash will work as lime, but you're not too likely to have a heap of that lying around anywhere.

Get cement and sand and mix it well with water. Check what proportions of cement and sand you need, which would be based on the use of the concrete.
