That can be a challenge because we all have people we love and can't seem to let go. It makes you wonder, why. Well they say to break a habit you have to start a new one. I hope that you're dating and meeting new people because it makes the process easier to go through. Then another logic could be is this the one? Who knows? Depending on your age and maturity, you have to figure that one out.

Hiya. Good question. It just takes time i spose. Cry if you need to, feel low if you have to, it is all part of the process and yes it really hurts. I believe the term broken hearted is real cause you really feel the loss right there. I am due to have a baby in a couple of weeks and the same has happened to me. I just hope i can have the strength to remember the reasons we have broken up and not go back to him for another heartbreaking breakup. Thinking of my children and that they need to see me happy for them to be happy. It may take ages and even months but one day, you will be able to sit in the same room as him and look at them without it breaking your heart. Remember, what doesnt end us, makes us stronger. Good luck.

wow. its going to be hard. but talk to him about it. let him know your feelings. he may not like you the same way..but at least he knows what your feeling. try not be around him for a long period of time at once. surround your self with your friends. and meet new people. its going to be hard, but your going to get through it.

Good Luck! =)
