No. There is usually something silly I did that caused it to go badly.
Once I went to a rugby tournament the weekend before a physics exam. I ended up with a concussion and didn't study. Needless to say I didn't do well.
Perhaps I should have blamed God for that.

There IS no God to an atheist! That would be like blaming the alien that lives within my gut for causing my heartburn. (I had the alien removed last year.)

No, seeing as none of us believe in it. Kind of a redundant question don't you think?
PS-You will find that without a higher power to blame, many of us are likely to place blame where it really belongs, upon ourselves or upon chance and others.

That's pretty silly isn't it? Unless you're one of those people that think an "atheist" is just someone who is "mad at God."
Actually, god doesn't exist. The evidence for this is all around us. Why would we blame something that we know doesn't exist?

No. You can't blame something that doesn't exist.
Oh wait, does saying godfuckingdammit count as blaming him because if it does, then I'm blaming something totally unreal.

I don't think anyone in their right mind blames any sort of god for their mistakes.

No. I try to see where I could have made a better choice. Or who was responsible for the problem (then take steps to stop that person from ruining my work/life/relationships...).
It doesn't help me in the future if I don't even try to find the cause of the problem, does it?

No, I try to put the blame where it belongs. On myself, whoever, or whatever. You don't get anything accomplished blaming something imaginary.
