I've been friends with a boy for 4 years. i think i love him?

i think i love him and i dont want to make things awkward between me and him......but it makes me sad if i cant be with him.....WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!?!? help!

Kinda start to flirt w/him.(JUST A LITTLE!) and see if he catches on. if he dont. your gonna have to tell him.
