boil them for 3 minute, slice the bread possibly old 2 or 3 days in long strips, put the egg in an apposite small egg holder remove the top of the egg and dip the bread.enjoy

i beat the eggs,
a little oil on the heated pan
place the eggs in the pan while stirring until almost cooked, then switch off the pan. salt and pepper,, simple, the best way!:P

and savoury egg toast

beat eggs in a bowl , add milk, pinch of salt, pepper,
put the toast in the mixture, let it absorb well, then fry!! i love it!

My favorite is basted eggs. In a small fry pan, melt a tsp or 2 of butter, crack an egg in it, wait until it sizzles, then dump in a jigger of water and slap a lid on it. Wait until the yolk is pink to yellowish. All done!

Toad in the Hole, a/k/a Gashouse Eggs

Need:

2 eggs
2 slices of bread
frying pan to fit both slices of bread
your fave oil/grease/butter/non-stick spray
i relatively small cookie cutter

With cookie cutter, cut out middle of slices of bread. Put pan over medium heat, melt butter, place bread slices and cut out middles in pan. Crack one egg each into empty space in middle of each slice of bread. when egg is done to your liking and bread is nicely browned, flip 'em. Salt, Pepper, when that sides done, serve!

i like mine soft boiled or bulls eye

soft boiled - boil the water and put in the eggs for 10 mins
bulls eye - fry it

SIMPLE -

Scarmbled - put in a jug with a drop of milk and shove in the mocrovave untill all of the liquid has dissapeared.
- Mix it up with a fork and add a load of tomato ketchup.
- put it on buttered toast!
