DON'T TYPE QUESTIONS IN CAPITALS! That would be an excellent way to make him annoyed.
Simply put, you need to relax and be genuinely interested in what he has to say. Don't force it, just talk to the dude. That's the only way to determine if he likes you or if you really like him.

If you have to throw money in the air to get their attention, they will be gone when the money is gone.
Just stay true to yourself the rest will follow. I know I'm a newlywed of 12 yrs. and she just stepped into my life one day. Should'a bought a lottey ticket that day ;}

just ask him a round the circle question like...
"what is your plan for this weekend?"
"Did you see such and such movie,I was gonna check it out,you wana go see it?"...but make sure the movie is very recent incase he has seen it.
this will give him some hint......still there is no problem in asking him to go with you..unless he is a dork....
I wouldn't brag or fuss about it,if a girl asks me out.........
but I am a nice guy....lol...

become his friend, if he starts to see you more often you have a way better chance of getting asked out. Also just let him know your interested, if he has no idea it might never cross his mind.
