I do believe that the earth will be burned up one day in the end to purify it. This won't be the end of the world though because it is going to be made new and is going to be here forever. I don't know where we will all be when this happens though. Jesus is going to make the earth into a paradise again where there is no more death or suffering at all.

Yes. There will be war, famine and sickness that will kill 3/4 of all people on Earth. The Bible says that if God didn't cut the days that are coming short, non would survive.
What should you do? I can't guarantee that you will not die no matter what you do, because the Bible says that many of the "elect" will also perish. But to "survive" it; trust God, accept Jesus (Yeshua) as your Savior and follow what He leads you to do. For me, He has told me very clearly to grow my own food and become as independant from the "outside" as possible. Do not trust that there will be electricity, food at a grocery store or a government to help you in the coming days. Get ready and get ready quickly.

unless we take to the stars and colonize other planets then in approximately 3 billion years, the milky way will collide with the andromeda galaxy and we will all die in the resulting outcome.

EDIT: Actually, according to the national geographic doccumentry I saw last night- your 666 applies to emporer NERO, your "anti-christ" has come and gone and was nothing more than a spoiled brat boy with too much power.

Eventually, the white dwarf star we call "the Sun" will become a red giant and envelop the orbit of the earth. Believe me, there will be no survivors.

In a few billion years, the sun will expand, and will incinerate much of the solar system.

To survive it? Find another planet capable of sustaining life.

Yeah, in about 4.5 billion years when the sun becomes a red giant and swallows the earth. How can you survive it? Build an ark... that can fly.

The world will be destroyed by fire in the end times (at the end of the great tribulation). To escape that, you must ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins, and accept His free gift of eternal life. Then you'll go in the rapture of the saints before the tribulation.
