I could give you a witty answer, but the correct one for so many reasons, is IGNORE - do not get overheated by stupidity - pity them instead. Put yourself above it sweetheart or you will spend your life worrying about other people. Not worth it. I mean, I could willingly and gladly throttle some of the people I work with but they don't even know they are stupid!!

If you have a choice, avoid them before you lose your cool. If you're stuck with having to deal with them regulary, you will need to develop a huge amount of patience. Remind yourself how fortunate you are that you can get through the day effortless compared to those that are mentally impaired. Thank God they're not you.

I like to make them feel stupid or embarass them in public. But usually, I don't have time for stupid people because I am cool and everyone likes me......even the stupid people!

first ask yourself what has made you decide the person is stupiud?? i dont mean to throw the Bible at you but look at luke 6 :42 it talks about one saying let me remove that splinter from your eye while in your own you have a plank it should be removed first.. now im not saying your stupiud im just suggesting maybe yyou should first ask yourself why i see this person as stupiud then what should i do should i help them or should i not let them get to me . cause stupiud would not even know they have only you would be the one being bothered .

Best bet is give them the information you truly need them to have, and other than that don't try to tell them anything. The one thing they know for sure is hat they are right, no matter how wrong they are, and there is no point arguing- just avoid as much as possible, and when you can't avoid them, be as clear as possible, and say as little as possible.

If they are truly unintelligent, retarded, or whatever, I try to help them any way I can. However, when they know better, and are really just acting stupid (like many on here), I don't have much patience with them. I speak my peace, or not, and then move on.

Very carefully... that being said, sometimes you want to laugh, others you want to cry. Just be nice and put up with it, you never know what or how they might help you in the future. Otherwise, like another comment, just ignore and move on..

I try a few things. I try to ignore them and not engage with them any more than I have to. For example, I have a few co-workers who i think are complete idiots so I speak to them on work related issues when I have to. Or I try zoning them out when they are rambling on about things that no one cares about. I've also sang little ditties in my head just to keep me calm and cool.

With a lot of kindness and patience. They can't help it. Don't talk down to them and I never let it show. If you can't be nice to people like that who can you be kind to? *smile*
