SPAGHETTI AND MEAT SAUCE
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 pod garlic, chopped
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1 (14-16 oz.) bottle catsup
1 (#2) can tomatoes
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
Thin spaghetti, amount desired
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute meat, onion, and pepper. Add other ingredients; bring to slow boil. Turn fire very low, cover skillet and simmer for 45 minutes. Boil spaghetti per package. Serve with hot garlic bread or rolls and a tossed salad

Spaghetti With Asparagus and Ham
1/2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 cup ham, diced
2 cups asparagus, cut into 1/2-inch slivers
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 lb thin spaghetti
1. Melt butter in evoo in a large skillet.
2. Add onion and cook until just starting to brown.
3. Add ham and saute briefly.
4. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce the broth just a bit before adding asparagus.
5. Add asparagus and simmer briefly. How long depends on how well you like your veggies cooked. If you like some crunch, 2 minutes at the most.
6. Add half and half and return to simmer.
7. Add cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss all to combine.
8. Allow to cook briefly.
9. Add Parmesan and toss to combine, then serve.

Al's Quick Vegetarian Spaghetti
INGREDIENTS
1 pound uncooked spaghetti
1 cup broccoli florets
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced carrots
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
DIRECTIONS
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, add spaghetti and return water to a boil. Cook until spaghetti is al dente; drain well.
2. Combine broccoli, corn, mushrooms, carrots and tomato sauce in large sauce pot. Cook on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally to keep sauce from sticking. Serve sauce over spaghetti.

leftover spaghetti with already sauce.Put them in a bowl add 3 eggs Parmesan parsley and garlic chopped togheder.In a medium low heat a pan large enough add oil put the spaghetti in and with a spatula press a little bit the spaghetti ,let them become a little crunchy and then turn the frittata up side down and cook the other side.Serve with crostini
