Abena, What you have is a condition known as Alopecia Areata and it can have many causes. See your doctor and he can tell you if it can be corrected by diet. If it cannot, there are some over the counter medications that stimulate the scalp and clear out the hair follicles of sebaceous debris. Nioxin is probably the most affordable and it is all natural, although you can't use it if you have certain allergies like grasses. You can find Nioxin at most salons.
