I couldn't find any blood on her, but there was blood on the sheet (approx. 1-2 tbsp size spot) and sprayed on the wall abv the headboard of the bed. I live alone so there's no chance that somebody hurt her and she doesn't ever go outside? This is really puzzling. It has never happened before .

when you have your cat spayed, sometimes the ovaries are not completely excised, the hormone from an overie will tell the cat she is still fertile. if you go back to the vet that performed the surgery the will repair the damage for free.

Often cats sneeze blood (you will see the spray, like on your headboard) when they have an upper respiratory infection.

Cats are very active with their jumping up on things and what not. When was she spayed? When my chihuahua was spayed, they said NO physical activity for two weeks afterwards.
Call your vet and ask what you should do. If she opens up, her guts could fall out.

Could be a urinary tract infection. She'll need a visit to the vet and her urine checked and if she has an infection, the doctor will dispense antibiotics.
