First call 911. They automatically know where you live, and love hearing from people with actual emergencies.
If they can't help you, ask Nemo to go find it, and bring it home.
When he does, spray it with some Lysol, pat it dry it with your mom's favorite face towel, and, for heaven's sake - APOLOGIZE to it!!! (Toy poodles are very sensitive!) Next, Google the story about "The Boy Who Cried Poodle". ( or maybe he cried "Wolf"? - I forget.) Soggy, soiled doggies love to have stories read to them, providing you first remove all the toilet paper and solid waste from inside their ear canals. Use an antiseptic Q-tip for this. After the cruddy canine recovers, consider getting a Big Brother from the nearest organization. Tell him you really do feel that you need a carrier in show business. One day when you are rich and famous - look me up and thank me (with a few million).

if this is a joke it's not at all funny. But anyways if it's true call a plummer and a vet. call animal rescue call someone get of the computer. Good Luck
