If it is round and also reads "ROCHE," then yes, it is. Does it actually include the "MG" part? If so, it is not DIAZEPAM, which is Valium.
If not, try looking it up on various drugfinders.

You actually mean diazepam, which is Valium, which is a benzodiazepine class of minor tranquilizers. You could possibly look it up in a PDR etc. But if you don't know were it came from it would be very foolish to use it for anything. Bootleg medicines can be made to look like authentic pills but could contain anything of any purity.

If my memory serves me well, Diazepam is a diuretic to rid the body of excess fluids. Given to many heart patients or anyone with water retention around vital organs or collected in the limbs. Try to look it up in a PDR or online.
