I am just wondering what may lie ahead. I'm scheduled for an MRI and a surgical consultation. They say I have two cancer sites and it sounds as if they may do a "lumpectomy." I understand this type of cancer is very common. Any words of wisdom are most welcomed. I have a strong support system, I am very positive at this point.

Lots of love to you. I myself am a survivor of the same type of breast cancer. I just wanted you to know that it is very beatable. I had a very aggressive type and I went into remission in 2003. I was 27 when I was diagnosed, and am now happy to be 33. A lumpectomy is a good, good sign. If they are choosing the less invasive of a surgery, it's always a very positive sign.

Even if they do a mastectomy, just know it will be OKAY! I've lost my breast, but not my life, and I am far happier now than I was before I got sick. Love yourself. Be nice to yourself, and accept help from others. I'll be thinking about you.

Try Vitamin C therapy. A few years ago a cancer researcher came out with a paper saying that the best cancer and infection fighter as yet found was Interferon, but, at the time, it cost $15,000 a gram. The good part was that Interferon was a product of the natural breakdown of Vitamin C in your system. The FDA says that the RDA for Vit C is 64 mg a day, just enough to prevent scurvy. Linus Pauling, who got a Nobel Prize for his work with Vit C and a second Nobel Prize for organic chemistry, said 1000 mg a day as a minimum and 2000 mg a day if you are sick. On a personal note, I was sick twice a year, for 2 weeks at a time, for 20 years, and was flat on my back for at least a week each time. To this day the doctors have no idea what the problem was. After I gave up on the doctors I tried Vit C. I took enough to keep from being sick and just below too much to get diarrhea. It followed a bell curve over 2 weeks with a peak at 40,000 mg a day – about 300,000 over the 2 weeks. I was not sick for those 2 weeks and after a couple of years of that I have not been sick since. I did not dissolve my kidneys, as some doctors said would happen. I did not get any calcium build up or stones and did not dissolve my cones or solidify my joints. Try it, but drink a lot of water – Vit C is a natural diuretic.

The very fact that they are talking "lumpectomy" is actually VERY good news (I know that sounds weird!) because it implies the tumors are VERY localized and the oncologist(s) are confident a lumpectomy will "get it all". You should expect some follow-up radiation or chemo just as "insurance" in case any cancer cells escaped, but as ghastly as the word "cancer" sounds, it really is so common (about one in four people per lifetime) that doctors have gotten AMAZING at dealing with many forms of it, and that includes the vast majority of breast cancers.

Of course, that said, it still TOTALLY SUCKS that you have to go through this crap!

But you'll be okay.

And look on the bright side....(no, really!)....afterwards you will realize that it could have killed you, so the whole of the rest of your life will be gravy!

Best wishes...

It is common but here are a lot of variables with common. The treatments vary widely also.
Your comment on two cancer site is a bit puzzling. I would not venture a guess what that means. Unless they are talking bilateral, both breasts. You need to ask questions and either take notes or better take someone with you, one with a good ear.

The type of surgery you have doesn't always reflect on the cancer or treatment or out come. They have become to two different issues.

Having a positive attitude is very important as is following the best course of treatment.

There is a good web forum: breastcancer.org. all the women in there either have or had BC . Good luck

Five hundred years ago, people said the world was flat. Today, people say that if the FDA and AMA haven't blessed something, it can't be real good. Well, here's something I know to be real AND good. It's a little different take on cancer treatment--

In 1990, I had Hodgkin's Lymphoma, stage 3-B, but I've survived. My doctors were great people, but they were limited to surgery, chemo and radiation by profitable AMA treatment policy. During the year in treatment, I started learning about alternative medicine. I'm a retired engineer, and this is what I've pieced together--our IMMUNE SYSTEMS become weakened by poor nutrition, lack of exercise and reduced oxygen. Once that happens, our body becomes vulnerable to common STRESSORS. Stressors can be environmental, like viruses, heavy metals, pesticides, food additives, electromagnetic waves or pollution. They can be internal things like emotional or job stress, or poisonous people in our lives. Aging is also a contributing factor. So this means:

WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEM + STRESSORS = DISEASE (cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc.)

Our bodies have 60 trillion--yes, trillion--cells, and there are always some mutating into cancer cells, but a healthy immune system kills them before they have a chance to get a foothold in the body.

It takes a LONG time, usually, or a high level of stressors, to weaken the immune system to the point where it won't do its job, but once cancer has formed, it will generally spread rapidly.

THIS IS IMPORTANT! There are ways to BEAT cancer that are currently being used in Europe and around the world, and there are some great books on the subject. I know because I've read about 50 of them from cover to cover. Here's a list of the best ones. Some are out of print and getting hard to find--

"The Cure for All Cancers", ISBN 0963632825
"The Cure for All Advanced Cancers", ISBN 1890035165
"A Cancer Therapy", ISBN 0882681052
"Oxygen Therapies", ISBN 0962052701
"Hydrogen Peroxide--Medical Miracle", ISBN 1885236077
"The Natural Cure for Cancer--Germanium", ISBN 0533071410
"Killing Cancer", ISBN 0705000966
"Natural Cures 'They' Don't Want You to Know About", ISBN 0975599518

I know of people whose cancer has 'spontaneously remitted' (WENT AWAY for no known reason) AFTER they went on programs of herbs and nutrition to restart their immune systems.

You and your family must look out for yourselves to stand a chance of being healthy. This is not a joke, and I'm not selling anything--just trying to help.
I am using the things I learned in those books right now to fight off a second infestation of cancer. I've been at it for over a year now, and think I'm going to make it. Use what works for you, and pass on your success. Best of luck.

I'm so sorry to hear of your diagnosis, but it sounds like you have a positive attitude, and I have no doubt that you're a survivor!!!

I had a lumpectomy several years ago, and when the doctor said it was benign, I felt like I'd been given a new lease on life!

I pray that God gives you peace, and you feel His strength throughout this journey you are embarking on.

Please record everything, as someone else walking the same path will be very appreciative of the information!!

God bless you and your family!

Go and take some cesium chloride with rubidium and DMSO. Also take some oxygen drops, and ip6 pills. Also, take an aloe vera plant, a fresh one from the local floral shop, and cut off their pricks. Then cut off a chunk and put it into a blender. Put some vanilla ice cream into it. This is going to be extremely bitter so just gulp it down. Do this maybe 3 times a week for about a week or two. This should take care of you and kill any remaining cancer you may have left in your body. The oxygen drops helps your body take in more oxygen and nothing more. But, its effective because cancer cannot live where there is too much oxygen. Um, it also prohibits cancer from developing. And its natural, all it is is a liquid that allows your body to take in more oxygen. the cesium chloride changes your ph level in your body so that cancer cannot live. Its like taking a freshwater fish and putting it into a salt water body of water. The fish will eventually die. This is what the cesium chloride does to cancer. The rubidium in the cesium chloride helps your body take in the cesium chloride. The ip6 pills take iron out of your body. It binds with the iron. Iron is the building blocks of cancer. So, without it, it cannot multiply. It will multiply until it runs out of iron. And without iron, it will have to die because it needs it to live, thrive, and multiply. And cancer multiplies alot faster then your normal body cells. So, you can do without iron for a while. But, this ip6 does something even more extraordinary. It takes iron out of the cancer cells and not from your body. But, this leads to the next situation. You need to limit your iron intake. Like beef, red beets, broccoli, etc etc. You must eat brown rice. Ip6 is just an extract from this brown rice. It binds with iron but only from cancer cells. Cancer takes it from your body. So, by eating brown rice, it absorbs all the iron in your body.

As long as this has not invaded any of your lymph system, you have a great chance of successful treatment. Listen to your doctors and listen to your body.. expect to be tired and take good care of yourself.. go to all appointments and think positively!

Good luck to you!!
