Does any one know of a web site that compares fast food to healthy home cooked food? My daugther is doing a paper for health class and has to do comparisons (i.e., a cheesevurger to a peanut butter sandwich). THANKS!

There probably are some, but she might just want to go to the websites of the major fast food restaurants, and click on the Nutritional Information link somewhere at each site.

THEN, compare all their figures for the nutritional breakdowns to having made the same food or meal at home. BIG difference!

Here are a few sites you might consider. The USDA offers a great many nutrition sights that may also interest her. Website for the USDA is www.usda.gov

Good luck!

not reall,y but fast foods are much more fatty and high in sodium, home cooked foods are usually less fatty, etc, and are the best choice
