It depends on your state's definition of revoked. In my state, once your license is revoked, you can never get it back. Only if your license is suspended can you get it back & then only after a certain amount of time (depending on the reason) and after you pay fines, file an SR22, take a driving class, etc.

This link will take you to some good advice about reinstating a revoked license (https://servicearizona.com/dlrinfo.html#revocation). I think you will also have to have your driving record investigated and then you can apply for a new license. In order to get the investigation started, you should call the DMV and ask them to send you the Investigation Packet. Sounds like kind of a hassle so good luck!

You need to ask someone at the DMV there; I'm sure it depends on WHY it was revoked and usually when it is revoked there is a time limit applied for re-instatement

You contact the DMV in Arizona and the customer servcie rep will let you know what's on your record, and what is needed to clear the license.

You wait until they feel like giving it back. You must be a really great driver if they took your license. Maybe the roads are a little bit safer now.
