I just moved to a new place, and theres this girl who i really like. however, i've only ever talked to her twice, and both conversations were meaningless. i don't know if she likes me that much, but i really don't know..

It sounds like you don't know much about her as a person. Why don't you make more small talk with her, and maybe you'll start to know her better. And she may start to like you, if she doesn't already. When you feel like you know her more, ask her out. The worst thing she can do is say no.

Doesn't matter how much you've spoken to her, if you want to ask her out, just ask her. Girls prefer guys to be honest and up-front but not arrogant. Don't forget that the vast majority of girls think a shy bloke who gathers the courage to ask them out is cute.

Do some fishing and find out if she's seeing someone. Next time you see her ask her a few questions about herself and try to make her laugh. Then ask her out. Failing that, just show her your todger and run away.

you have to give it time, u need to be sure they like you aswell first before you accidentally make a fool of yourslef :-) just try to see them more often, get more conversation going and who knows where life could take you.........just be patient, if you really like her you'll wait patiently and your imagination will evntually get there ;-) good luck!
