It easy the "blind" you are referring to is out of context, not literally meaning physically blind. More like mentally blinded, or emotionally blinded. or blinded from reason. you can still see with your eyes but your heart and mind are to overwhelmed with this feeling called "love".

what does love(a feeling) have to do with sex? True sex or making love can be an extension of that love. What love is blind is referring to is not so much the persons attire or that one person is truly blind, but when your truly in love, you don't notice your significant other's faults.
